Monday:

9:30 am Slow Flow Yoga: This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment,strength,balance & flexibility

6 pm POUND UNPLUGGED: POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing
and meditation. Quick, efficient and challenging, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical and emotional.
Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences
unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.

7 pm The Yoga Experience:  The Yoga Experience is for EVERYONE! If you have never practiced yoga! If you are new to yoga! If you have been practicing yoga for a long time! We will focus on deepening our practice through breathing 💜movement💜meditation💜journaling💜learning💜reading💜and much more! Can’t wait to share all of this with you💜

 

Tuesday:

***First Tuesday of the month at 9:30 am Yin Yoga***

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, meditative style of yoga that stresses and targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, muscles, fascia, and ligaments throughout the body. While holding poses for longer periods of time, this may increase circulation and mobility in joints, improve flexibility and improve energy flow. Yin yoga gives you the opportunity and space to go inward and tune into both your mind and physical sensations to create a more calm and balanced being. This practice will be completely done on your mat with few standing poses.

5 pm Gentle/Restorative: Gentle Yoga Flow class with an emphasis on mindfulness and meditation. A slow-paced class featuring more seated and supported postures. Class flows through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery. This class is great for beginners, or athletes in need of deeper stretches to release tensions and tightness

6:30 pm Tuesday Night Flow: Flow with intention as you link breath to movement through a series of poses that will increase strength,  flexibility and balance

 

Wednesday:

9:30 am Vinyasa:  Vinyasa yoga gives us the opportunity to mindfully move our bodies through a guided sequence of poses linking our breath to movement.  It is a strong practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus.  Vinyasa Flow class may include many variations of Sun Salutations, balance poses, twists, backbends, inversions, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.

4:45 pm Kids Yoga: Calling all little yogis ages 7-10! Join Ms. Diane for a playful and fun yoga class! Using games, music and activities this class explores yoga pose (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama), mindfulness, self confidence and more! (Beginning 9/28)

6 pm All Levels Hatha:

Thursday:

 9:30 am Chair Yoga: I love this class!! This class is great for those who find it challenging to sit on the floor. Everyone can benefit from chair yoga! Come and give it a try!!

6:15 pm POUND:  Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and  welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

7:15 pm All Levels Yoga: Explore the strength and stillness of Hatha yoga with the flow of Vinyasa. During our 60 minutes together, we delve into movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), always with a theme in mind. Modifications are always offered to meet you where you are and support your practice.

Friday:

9:30 am All Levels Yoga:  Explore the strength and stillness of Hatha yoga with the flow of Vinyasa. During our 60 minutes together, we delve into movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), always with a theme in mind. Modifications are always offered to meet you where you are and support your practice.

*One Friday a month: 6:30 pm ninety minute Candle Light Restorative Yoga with Healing Sound Bath*

Saturday:

8 am POUND: Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
